Bio:

Pere Millán is an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Engineering and Mathematics (DEIM) of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV), Tarragona. He received a M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), Barcelona in 1992. He received his PhD from URV in 2018. He is the author of one granted US patent. Pere does research in Computer Communications (Networks), and Computer Engineering. His research interests include quality prediction and performance improvement in mobile and sensor networks.
