Summary
Erlang, a concurrent oriented programming language developed by Ericsson, has become popular when implementing scalable and fault tolerant server applications. It is a functional programming language with a small set of primitives for implementing communicating processes. In this presentation we will look at the language constructs and see how they can be used to implement distributed applications.
