Summary
The concept of searchable encryption has been proposed for over ten
years. During this period, it has attracted a lot of attention and
resulted in a large number of publications. So far, most efforts have
been devoted to two scenarios. One is One-One scenario, where a user
stores encrypted data in the cloud and delegates the latter to search on
her behalf. The other is Many-One scenario, where many users store
encrypted data in the cloud for the same recipient, who will then
delegate the cloud to search on her behalf. In this talk, we will
briefly review some (important) results for these two scenarios, and show
some open problems.
